Shipping and returns

How does shipping work?

• Flat $60 per watch, already included in the quoted price.
• Dispatched from China after the pre-dispatch photographs are approved.
• Handling takes 3-5 days; transit usually runs 5-10 days.
• Tracking is sent to the same thread as the photographs.

What is the return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery to return the watch, provided it is unworn and in the packaging it arrived in. What we cannot cover is the cost of return shipping on a change of mind, and we cannot accept a return on a watch that has been worn or resized.

What happens if a watch is damaged in transit?

Send photographs of the packaging and the watch on the day it arrives. A watch damaged in transit is replaced or refunded; we handle the claim on our side rather than making it your problem.

Who handles customs?

Duty and import handling are set by your own customs authority and are not part of the quoted price. We ship the way we always ship, and we will not mark a parcel as a gift or declare a false value on request.
