How to buy

Six steps, and the only one that involves money is the fifth.

How does an order run, from enquiry to delivery?

  1. Send the details. Reference, build class or maker, case material and strap colour. If you are unsure between two classes, say so and we will describe the trade-off.
  2. We confirm availability. Usually within one working day. You get the current lead time for that configuration.
  3. You get a quoted price for that watch, with $60 flat shipping already inside the number.
  4. You approve, then we order. Nothing is charged before your approval, and no price appears on this site at all.
  5. QC photographs and video arrive before dispatch: dial, caliper reading, caseback, and the balance area.
  6. Payment and dispatch. Tracking follows, and you have 7 days from arrival to return the watch.

How do you pay?

Payment instructions are sent inside your order thread once the watch is confirmed and photographed. We do not take card details on this site and we do not use a checkout page, so nothing about your payment is stored here.

How long does it take?

Most orders are photographed within 3-5 days of confirmation and reach the destination in 5-10 days after dispatch. Custom-class builds take longer and the estimate is given per order.

What do buyers ask before ordering?

Do you take deposits?

Not before you have seen the photographs of your watch. If a configuration needs a deposit to be built, that is stated in the quote with the reason.

What if the watch is not available?

We tell you, with the lead time for the next allocation, and you can wait, switch maker, or drop the order.
