How do you reach us?

Email is the fastest route: [email protected]. If you already have an order thread, reply in that thread rather than starting a new one, because the photographs and payment notes for your watch live there.

We answer within one working day. If a reference needs availability confirmed with a source first, the answer may take a day longer and we will say so.

What should be included in the message?

Four things turn a first message into an accurate quote on the first reply. Without the reference we can only answer in general terms, and without the destination country the lead time we give may be the wrong one.

• The reference, for example RM 055 or RM 67-02.
• The build class or maker if you have one in mind.
• Case material and strap colour.
• Destination country, so the lead time we quote is the right one.

If you are asking about a watch that is already on order, quote the order number from the confirmation and reply in that same thread: it keeps the photographs, the agreed figure and the dispatch date in one place. There is no phone line and no live chat here, by design, because a written thread is the record both sides can check.
